Dr. Dokmeci received his MD at Ankara University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Yale University Waterbury Program in CT followed by Allergy and Immunology fellowship at Louisiana State University, LA between 2009 and 2011. Following his fellowship, Dr. Dokmeci started working at Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, NC as an academician. He is a member of AAAAI primary immunodeficiency committee and he participates in policy making decisions in the academy that are related to immunodeficiency diseases. His interests in Dermatology include urticarial lesions of the skin, angioedema and atopic dermatitis. His personal interests include fitness, music and classic cars. He spends his personal time with his family and enjoys traveling with them.
